I
have a challenge for all active members of Sir Galahad chapter.
If at
least 7 active members bring in 2 new members to the chapter, or
we get in at least 14 before
December 31st 2010, I will let the boys or sweethearts shave my
head. But this does not include bringing in Dual members to Sir Galahad.
Current dual members do count in this agreement though. The only other rule is
that I get to chose who shaves my head and cuts the hair before the lathering
up. Now remember I do ice fish every
winter and I grow my hair out long to help keep my head warm when on the lake,
this could be a real big deal come December. I am looking forward to the First
time I was without hair since boot camp if this means Sir Galahad will have 14
new
members.
DeMolay offers so many
opportunities to excel and have fun. I want to emphasize that this is your
organization the adults are here only for guidance and support. You make things
happen. As with anything in life the more you put in the more is returned. I want to see each of you taking pleasure in being caught up in the fun and
camaraderie to be had with DeMolay. Get off the couch and get involved.
